Abstract: Abstract Objective To evaluate the feasibility and validity of insulation membrane for anti-adhesion in laparoscopy thyroid surgery to prophylaxis adhesion of juqular skin flap after operation,supply a new way to prophylaxis adhesion of juqular skin flap.Methods Stochastic select 40 patients who were accepted thyroid surgery in laparoscopy.Insulation membrane for anti-adhesion were placed between juqular skin flap and musculature in cure group.and observed effect termly.At one time the patients in contradinstinctive group were not placed insulation membrane for anti-adhesion,and processd statistical analysis to contrast effect.Results All patients incision cicatrization were Ⅰ expectation,no one patient was appear ill reaction such as fluidify,fever,rejection,and so on,effct of anti-adhesion and plersing to the eye are better.Conclusion Using Bai Fei Mi insulation membrane for anti-adhesion in laparoscopy thyroid surgery is safety and efficiency to prophylaxis adhesion of juqular skin flap.The advantage of pleasing to the eye in laparoscopy thyroid surgery have more assured,and it can be a new way to prophylaxis adhesion of juqular skin flap.

摘要： 目的 探讨腔镜甲状腺手术中应用可吸收生物膜对于预防术后颈前皮瓣粘连的可行性及有效性，提供一种新的方法预防皮瓣粘连。方法 随机选择腔镜下甲状腺切除40例手术病人，治疗组将百菲米可吸收医用膜置于颈前皮瓣与颈前肌群之间。定期随访观察。对照组不使用可吸收膜，同时进行两组间比较的统计学分析。结果 全部切口均I期愈合，无积液、发热及排异等不良反应，防粘连效果优良，美观效果好。结论 可吸收医用膜对于腔镜下甲状腺术后粘连预防是安全、有效的，更加保证了腔镜甲状腺手术美观的优势，可作为一种预防粘连的新方法。
