Abstract: Nutritional therapy of perioperative patients in general surgery has great significance for enhancing the safety, recovery, reducing the complications of the surgery, and improving social benefits. This article introduces the history of nutritional screening and assessment tools, and then interpretates deeply their development background and indications, which conducts doctors to implement nutritional treatments on normalization.

摘要: 普通外科围手术期营养治疗对提高手术安全性、加速病人康复、减少手术后并发症、提高社会效益等具有重要意义。本文回顾临床营养筛查与营养状况评估工具的历史、深入解读各种工具开发背景及适应证,旨在指导临床医生规范化实施营养治疗。
