TNS4在肺腺癌组织中的表达情况及与临床特征的相关分析

TNS4 expression in lung adenocarcinoma and its association with clinical features

摘要: 目的 研究TNS4在肺腺癌(LUAD)组织中的表达情况,分析TNS4在LUAD不同高危临床因素中的表达差异。方法 本研究为单中心回顾性研究,选取2021年1月至2021年12月我院收治的88例接受肺癌手术的LUAD患者病理切片作为研究组,另取同期20例接受肺切除术患者的非癌肺组织病理切片作为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测两组组织中TNS4蛋白表达水平,通过比较TNS4阳性表达率在不同临床特征(如年龄、性别、肿瘤分期、病理复发高危因素等)中的差异,分析其与患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果 研究组TNS4阳性表达率显著高于对照组,TNS4在男性中的表达阳性率高于女性(P<0.05)。TNS4阳性表达率随肿瘤分期升高而增加(P<0.05),其中N分期TNS4阳性表达率随N分期升高而显著增加。病理特征方面,伴有气腔内播散与淋巴管侵犯特征的LUAD病例,TNS4的表达阳性率显著升高(P<0.05)。结论 TNS4在LUAD组织中高表达,在男性患者中表达更显著。其与肿瘤分期、N分期,以及气腔内播散、淋巴管侵犯存在相关性,研究TNS4可为LUAD复发及预后的预测提供新思路。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression level of TNS4 in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) tissues and analyze its expression differences across distinct high-risk clinical factors of LUAD. Methods A single-center retrospective study was performed to collect 88 LUAD tissue samples from patients undergoing radical lung cancer surgery and 20 non-cancerous lung tissue samples from patients undergoing pulmonary surgery between January 2021 and December 2021. TNS4 protein expression was detected by immunohistochemistry, and its correlation with clinicopathological features was evaluated by analyzing the differences in positive expression rates among variables, including sex, age, TNM stage, and high-risk factors for pathological recurrence. Results The positive expression rate of TNS4 in LUAD tissues was significantly higher than that in the control group. Male patients exhibited a significantly higher TNS4 positivity rate than female patients (P<0.05). The TNS4 positivity rate increased with advancing tumor stage, with a significant upward trend in N stage (P<0.05). Pathologically, cases featuring spread through air spaces or lymphatic vessel invasion showed significantly higher TNS4 expression (P<0.05). Conclusion TNS4 is highly expressed in LUAD tissues, with higher expression in male patients. TNS4 expression correlates with tumor stage, N stage, spread through air spaces, and lymphatic vessel invasion. These findings suggest that TNS4 may provide novel insights into predicting recurrence and prognosis in LUAD patients.
