摘要/Abstract

摘要： 直肠癌肝转移在临床实践中较常见,然而仍存在误诊。本文报道一例罕见的肝脏异位嗜铬细胞瘤病例,该患者初始诊断时被误诊为直肠癌伴肝转移,并据此实施了手术探查。此病例旨在提升临床对异位嗜铬细胞瘤的认识,特别是在不典型部位,以减少误诊和漏诊的发生。

Abstract: Rectal cancer with liver metastasis is a common clinical condition, yet misdiagnosis remains a challenge. This article reports a rare case of hepatic paraganglioma that was initially misdiagnosed as rectal cancer with liver metastasis, leading to surgical exploration. The aim of presenting this case is to enhance clinical awareness of paragangliomas, particularly in atypical locations, and to minimize the incidence of misdiagnosis and underdiagnosis.
