摘要： 目的 观察三联疗法（口服、外洗、塞肛）对高龄嵌顿痔患者治疗效果。方法 我科于2008年1月~2010年12月采用三联疗法地奥斯明片口服，金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗坐浴和肛管塞入马应龙痔疮膏治疗高龄嵌顿痔患者61例，疗程14天，分别于治疗的第七天和第十五天评价治疗效果。结果 治疗第七天测得总有效率为96.72%，第十五天测得的总有效率为100%，使用时未见明显毒副作用。结论 三联疗法治疗高龄嵌顿痔使用方便，作用迅速，疗效显著，患者易于接受，值得推广。

Abstract: Abstract objective Observing the clinical effect of Triple drug therapy (orally, wash-out, rectally) on aged patient with incarcerated hemorrhoid. Method taking tablet Di Ao Si Ming, hip baths with POWDERS JIN XUAN ZHI KE and applying MA YING LONG HEMORRHOIDS OINTMENT rectally to treat 61 aged patients with incarcerated hemorrhoid, the course of treatment last two weeks, analyzing the clinical effect at the 7th day and 15th day. Results the total effect rate at the 7th day is 96.72%，it is 100% at the 15th day . Conclusions the triple drug therapy to treat aged patients with incarcerated hemorrhoid is easy, with fast and good effect, easily received by patient and deserved spreading
