Abstract:
【Abstract】Objective To summarize the experience on the application of retroperitoneal single-port laparoscope in nephrectomy. Methods Fifteen patients were treated with traditional retroperitoneal laparoscopic nephrectomy and other 15 cases with retroperitoneal single-port laparoscopic nephrectomy from Jan 2010 to Oct 2012.The clinical data were comparatively analyzed including operation time, blood loss,.length of incision,.removing time of drainage tube,.intraoperative and post-operative complications,postoperative activity time and hospitalization time.Results All operations were completed successfully..No significant differences were found between two groups,.while the retroperitoneal single-port laparoscopic nephrectomy had longer operative time and smaller operative incision.Conclusion Retroperitoneal single-port laparoscopic nephrectomy is a safe,.feasible,.clinical effective operation that satisfies patient's expectation in minimally-invasion and better cosmetic outcome.

【摘要】 目的 总结腹腹后单孔腔镜在肾切除中的应用经验。方法 回顾性分析30例应用传统腹膜后腔镜及腹膜后单孔腔镜技术行肾切除术的患者临床资料(各15例)。对两组的手术时间,出血量,手术切口长度,术后伤口引流管拔出时间,术中及术后并发症,术后下床活动时间及术后住院时间进行对比分析。结果 30例手术均获得成功。传统腹膜后腹腔镜手术时间在90~150 min,出血量20~100 mL。腹膜后单孔腔镜手术时间在120~210 min,出血量20~150 mL,两组术后恢复情况相当。结论 腹腹后单孔腔镜手术在肾切除中安全可行、手术效果满意,较传统腹膜后腹腔镜切口创伤更少更美观,符合患者微创和外观美容方面的需求,但手术难度明显增加。
