Abstract: 【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To enhance the understanding of superficial local Castleman’s disease (LCD) and to improve it’s management. Methods: clinical features and related information on diagnosis and treatment of 7 cases of LCD were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 7 cases of superficial LCD were located in the neck, the armpit, the groin, and the left upper arm. Superficial LCD showed mainly local circular tumor, and imagic examination was helpful to identify with other lymphadenopathy. The effects of complete surgical excision were very good. Conclusion: The superficial LCD has not specific clinical manifestations. It can be diagnosised with pathological examination, and be cured by surgical excision.

摘要： 【摘要】 目的 加强对浅表局限型Castleman病(local Castleman’s disease, LCD)的认识，提高浅表LCD的诊治水平。方法 回顾分析7例浅表LCD患者临床特征及诊治情况。结果 7例浅表LCD分别位于颈部、腋窝、腹股沟和左上臂，主要表现为局部圆形肿物，影像学检查有助与其它淋巴结病变鉴别，完整手术切除效果良好。结论 浅表LCD无特异性临床表现，确诊有赖于组织病理检查，可通过手术切除治愈。
